Dr. Mary Grabowski, Psy.D
Dr. Mary Grabowski, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to fostering resilience, well-being, and inclusion across the lifespan. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology and completed her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology—concentrating on Child and Families of Adversity and Resilience—at William James College in Newton, MA. During her post-doctoral training at South Shore Mental Health, Dr. Grabowski honed her expertise in psychological and neuropsychological testing, as well as individual, family, and group therapies.
With a passion for neurodiversity, Dr. Grabowski specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to support individuals with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and other developmental differences. She employs evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), narrative therapy, and integrated family systems—to help clients and their families navigate challenges, build coping strategies, and promote personal growth. Dr. Grabowski also provides geriatric neuropsychological assessments, offering vital support for older adults and families coping with dementia-related concerns.
Beyond direct clinical care, Dr. Grabowski actively champions advocacy and community engagement. She formerly served as vice-chair and chair of the Sandwich Commission on Disability, working to expand access and opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Through her leadership and dedication, Dr. Grabowski continues to create welcoming spaces for every individual—regardless of diagnosis or ability—to thrive and lead fulfilling, meaningful lives.
