A private group practice located in Barnstable & Sandwich, MA. that aims to offer a warm and supportive environment while helping clients navigate the difficulties of life transitions through individual, family, and couples therapy. We specialize in complex family systems, particularly intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as working with families to cope with chronic illnesses, such as Alzheimer’s disease. We offer other specialties such as neuropsychological testing and evaluation to understand a person’s brain functioning and cognitive abilities, and neurodiversity with comprehensive treatment models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, brief-solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
